Kelly Craig Graham is a proud Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Washougal, Washington, with deep family roots throughout the Camas, Washougal, and Vancouver communities spanning generations. After graduating from the University of Washington, Kelly spent years living across the country — including Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, California, and Texas — gaining valuable perspective and developing a passion for real estate, home renovation, and the process of buying and selling homes.

Returning to Washougal in 2021, Kelly brings both local knowledge and a broad understanding of diverse markets to every client experience. As a dedicated real estate professional and single parent of five children, Kelly understands firsthand how important home decisions are for families and individuals navigating life’s transitions. Kelly’s oldest daughter works as a flight attendant, while her sons attend Tusculum University and Pacific Lutheran University, and her two youngest children are part of the Washougal School District.

Outside of real estate, Kelly’s time is centered around family, including her brother and sister, their families, her mom, and close friends. She enjoys camping and spending time near the water — whether rivers, lakes, or the ocean — embracing the outdoor lifestyle that makes the Pacific Northwest such a special place to call home.
